Who we are
Teman Teknologi Anda (“we”, “us”) is a technology studio based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through temanteknologianda.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We collect very little. There are no accounts, no newsletter sign-ups and no advertising trackers on this site. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type into the form:

When you visit the site, some technical data is processed automatically by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. It is used to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and keep short-term logs for troubleshooting.
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending it. To do this, Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and device. We receive only a pass or fail result, not the signals themselves.
Please don’t send sensitive information (such as health, financial or identity documents) through the form.
How we use it
We use your enquiry details only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. That may include follow-up emails or calls, preparing a proposal, and, if we work together, starting the project.
We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your data, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We process your data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Our basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and the steps needed before entering into an agreement with you at your request. Technical data is processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver your enquiry. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

These providers may store or process data outside Indonesia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect your data to a standard comparable to Indonesian law.
We may also disclose data if required by law or by a valid request from an Indonesian authority.
Cookies
We don’t use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn’t follow you across other sites. Cloudflare may set or read strictly necessary cookies and similar browser data to secure the site and run the Turnstile check. These are needed for the site and form to work, so they can’t be switched off here.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, so data sent through the form is encrypted in transit. Access to our inbox and provider accounts is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Your rights
Under Indonesian law you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct or update it
- Delete it, or stop using it
- Withdraw the consent you gave when you sent the form
To make a request, email hello@temanteknologianda.com from the address you used in your enquiry. We will reply within 3 × 24 hours, and complete the request as soon as possible after that. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the relevant Indonesian data protection authority.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data (for example, by adding analytics), we will update this page and the date at the top.
